For phone repair shops, computer technicians & console workshops , When the screen cracks, you're the one they call

Your customers don't come back every month, and that's normal: nobody breaks their phone every month. A loyalty card in their phone keeps your shop in front of them from one breakdown to the next, and gives them a reason to drop by in between for a case, a charger or a controller.

Why loyalty matters when you fix things

A customer happy with their repair stops thinking about you… until the next breakdown, a year later. That day, they search "screen repair" on Google and land on whichever competitor ranks best. A loyalty card in their Wallet changes that: your shop is already in their phone, with a cashback balance waiting for them. And between two breakdowns, accessories (case, screen protector, cable, controller) give them a good reason to come back.

  1. Always in their pocket

The card stays in the customer's Wallet: at the next breakdown, yours is the first shop they see.

  2. Google reviews within reach

Add your Google review link: the customer's card invites them to leave you a review in one tap. Free.

  3. Shop, workshop or call-outs

Your QR code also shows on your phone: handy when you fix things at the customer's home.

Which loyalty type should you choose?

A "10th repair free" card makes no sense: nobody gets ten phones repaired. Amounts also vary enormously, from £20 for a controller battery to £300 for a motherboard. Cashback follows the amount of each repair and is spent on what customers buy often: accessories.

Quardy's pick for repair shops

Cashback: £1 for every £20 spent (5%)

With each repair or purchase, you enter the amount paid and the card is credited with 5%. The customer can use it from £5 of cashback, on an accessory or their next repair. The discount only kicks in when the customer comes back: it costs you nothing if they don't.

Example: Lucas gets his phone screen replaced for £129. His card shows £6.45 of cashback. Three weeks later, he drops by for a case and a screen protector, partly paid with his cashback. The following winter, his console overheats: he didn't look anywhere else, your shop was already in his phone.

Alternative: stamps for gaming shops

If you also sell games, controllers and accessories, your gamer customers come by much more often. Stamps then speak louder: one stamp per visit, and 8 visits = a free console clean, a service that takes you little time but that customers appreciate.

How it works in your shop

  1. QR code on the counter

Put your Quardy QR code by the till, or show it on your phone when you're on a call-out. The customer scans it with their phone camera.
  2. The card when you hand the device back

No app to install: the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in 30 seconds. The best moment is when you return the repaired phone: the customer checks it works by scanning your QR code.
  3. Cashback builds up at payment

You scan their card from the Quardy app and enter the amount paid. The cashback is credited automatically, for repairs and accessories alike.
  4. The customer watches it grow

Their card updates in their phone. Once they have enough, they use it at the till: you deduct it from the app.

Bonus: reminders and gift cards (Pro plan)

With the Pro plan (€9.99/month), you send notifications to customers who have opted in, right when they need you:

  • Back to school: 'Laptop running slow before term starts? Clean-up and updates in 24 hours'
  • Before summer: 'Is your console running hot or loud? A clean before the holidays and it'll last the summer'
  • Christmas: 'Cases, controllers, retro games: your cashback is waiting for your presents'
  • Gift card: 'Give a repair or an accessory', sent by email, to use in the shop
  • Automatic: 'One year already! Battery not lasting as long? Drop by for a check' goes out on its own, one year to the day after the customer's card was created

Frequently asked questions

My customers only come back once a year. Is it really worth it?

That's exactly when the card helps most. Without it, the customer has forgotten you by the next breakdown and searches Google. With it, your shop is in their Wallet, with cashback they don't want to lose. And accessories bring them back between two breakdowns.

The customer's phone is broken. How do they add the card?

Offer it when you hand back the repaired phone: it works again, the customer scans your QR code and you credit the cashback straight away. If they don't want a card in their phone, you can also add them yourself in the app with their name or number, even on the free plan.

I also do call-outs at customers' homes. Does it work?

Yes. Your QR code is in the app: show your screen to the customer so they can add their card, and scan theirs from your phone once the job is paid.

How many customers can I manage for free?

50 active customers, with no time limit and no credit card. Beyond that, the Pro plan at €9.99/month removes the limit and adds notifications, gift cards and automatic reminders.

I have a technician or several shops. Can everyone credit cards?

Yes, with the Business plan (€24.99/month): each team member scans cards from their own phone, and you can see who validated what.
