For restaurants, pizzerias & food trucks , Your lunchtime regulars get a good reason to come back

The weekday lunch, the Friday pizza, the Saturday dinner: a restaurant lives on its regulars. Quardy gives them a loyalty card in their phone's Wallet, and you validate it with a scan when the bill comes.

Why loyalty pays in a restaurant

In an office district or a town centre, there is no shortage of choice: your customers have ten places within five minutes. What brings them back is the food, the welcome, and a habit that needs looking after. A loyalty card replaces none of that, but it tips the balance on the day they hesitate.

  1. The lunchtime ritual

Local office workers often eat at the same place several times a week.

  2. Varying bills

From the dish of the day to a table of four: cashback or points reward according to the amount.

  3. Eat in and takeaway

The card also works for takeaway orders, scanned at the counter.

Which type of loyalty to choose?

In a restaurant, the bill varies too much for a simple stamp per visit. The cashback pot is the fairest choice: each customer sets aside a percentage of what they spend, in euros, and uses it on a later meal. For a pizzeria or snack bar with a stable ticket, stamps remain excellent.

Quardy recommendation for restaurants

Cashback: €1 set aside for every €20 spent (5%)

Customers watch their pot grow on the card after each meal and use it whenever they like. You set a minimum amount before it can be used, so the discount lands on a real meal.

Example: Thomas has lunch with you twice a week for around fifteen euros, and comes for dinner with his family once a month. In three months his pot passes €10: a free dessert and coffee, or a discount on the next Saturday table. For you, 5% returned to a customer who spent over €200 in that period.

Alternative: stamps for the pizzeria

For a pizzeria, kebab shop or food truck, where the ticket barely moves, stamps are unbeatable: 10 pizzas bought = the 11th free. Everyone understands it, and the reward is concrete.

How it works in your restaurant

  1. The QR code on the table or counter

Put the Quardy QR code on a table stand, on the menu or at the till. Waiting for the food is the right moment to scan.
  2. The card in the Wallet

Customers add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in seconds, with no app and no account.
  3. A scan with the bill

You scan the card from the Quardy app and enter the amount: the pot updates by itself on their phone.
  4. The discount when they choose

Once the minimum is reached, the customer uses their pot on the bill of their choice.

Bonus: fill the quiet services (Pro plan)

With the Pro plan at €9.99/month, you can message customers who agreed to it, on their Wallet card or as a notification. Ideas for a restaurant:

  • Dish of the day: "Today: homemade lasagne, 20 portions left"
  • Quiet evening: "Free dessert this Tuesday evening with every booking"
  • Events: "Valentine's menu: bookings now open"
  • Customers away for 60 days: a ready-made audience to bring them back
  • Gift card: "Give a dinner: the card lands straight on their phone"

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my till and meal vouchers?

Quardy doesn't connect to any till: you take payment as usual, meal vouchers included, then scan the card. The two are independent.

Can waiting staff scan cards?

Yes, with the Business plan (€24.99/month): each server validates visits from their phone, logged in their name. On the free or Pro plan, a restaurant phone or tablet signed in to the owner's account is enough.

I also do takeaway and delivery.

The card can be scanned at the counter for takeaway just as in the dining room. For delivery the customer isn't in front of you: Quardy loyalty applies to orders placed on site.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes, with the Pro plan. The customer pays at the restaurant, the recipient adds the card to their Wallet from the email, and you deduct the amount at each meal. No commission.

What about the paper card I already use?

You can run both while your regulars switch over. Our paper vs digital comparison covers the pros of each.

How much does it cost?

Free up to 50 customers. After that, the Pro plan is €9.99/month, no commitment, with unlimited customers, messages, gift cards and customer export.
