For fast food, takeaways, kebab & taco shops , The 10th meal free, without slowing the till

Your customers come back every week, often several times, and the place next door sells the same thing. Quardy puts a loyalty card in their Wallet: one scan at the till, and they have a reason to choose you.

Why loyalty works so well in fast food

In fast food, customers often decide at the last minute, between two or three places nearby. Visits are frequent (lunchtime, after sport, Friday night) and the ticket fairly stable: exactly what a stamp card rewards. With a young clientele who live on their phones, the Wallet card is adopted within days.

  1. Frequent visits

A regular comes one to three times a week: a 10-stamp card fills in one to two months.

  2. A fast till

The scan takes a few seconds while you take payment, even in the lunchtime rush.

  3. A connected clientele

Students, workers, teenagers: everyone has the Wallet, nobody wants another app.

Which type of loyalty to choose?

Stamps, one per meal or per visit. It's the simplest rule to announce at the counter and the easiest for customers to understand. Keep a concrete reward: your signature item.

Quardy recommendation for fast food

Stamps: 10 meals = 1 free meal

One stamp per meal bought, and the tenth is free. If your menu has very different prices, offer your signature item (burger, kebab, tacos) rather than "any meal", to keep the cost of the reward under control.

Example: Mehdi has lunch with you twice a week between lectures. In five weeks his card is full and his next meal is free. His friends see the card on his phone and add it too. For you, one free meal for every ten sold, to customers who no longer look at the place across the road.

Alternative: points for group orders

If customers often order for several people, points are fairer: for example 1 point per euro, a drink at 30 points, a meal at 100. A big order then counts for more than a single meal.

How it works in your takeaway

  1. The QR code at the till

Display the Quardy QR code on the counter, the menu board or the tables. Waiting for the order is the right moment.
  2. The card in the Wallet

The customer scans it with the camera and adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app, no account.
  3. A scan at checkout

You scan the card from the Quardy app: the stamp is added and the card updates on their phone.
  4. The free meal

At the tenth stamp, the app tells you. You give the meal and the card starts again from zero.

Bonus: fill the quiet slots (Pro plan)

With the Pro plan at €9.99/month, you can message customers who agreed to it, on their Wallet card or as a notification. Ideas for a takeaway:

  • Quiet afternoons: "Free drink with any meal between 3 and 6 pm today"
  • New item: "Burger of the month, try it from tonight"
  • Match night: "Big game tonight: we're open until midnight"
  • Customers away for 30 days: a ready-made audience to bring them back

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my ordering kiosk or till?

Quardy doesn't connect to any till or kiosk: it runs alongside, from a smartphone or tablet. You take payment as usual, then scan the card.

Can my staff scan cards?

On the free or Pro plan, a phone or tablet signed in to the shop's account and left at the till is enough. With the Business plan (€24.99/month), each member of staff has their own access and every stamp is logged in their name.

What about delivery orders?

The card is scanned at the till, so for eat-in and takeaway orders. For delivery the customer isn't in front of you: Quardy loyalty applies to orders placed in the shop.

Can a customer cheat with the card?

No: you scan the card and add the stamp, the customer can't add anything themselves. Every visit is recorded in the history.

How much does it cost?

Free up to 50 customers. After that, the Pro plan is €9.99/month, no commitment, with unlimited customers, messages, gift cards and customer export.
