You can delete your account and all your data directly from the Quardy app. Deletion is immediate and final.
How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account is done directly inside the Quardy app, in a few steps:
- Open the Quardy app on your phone
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap Manage my account
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm deletion by following the instructions
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:
- Your personal information (first name, last name, email)
- All your loyalty cards
- Your operations history
- If you are a merchant: your business and its data
Warning: deletion is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Your loyalty points, stamps and cashback will be permanently lost.
