Guide

Loyalty for a restaurant group with several brands

A group with several brands is usually better off with separate programs: each restaurant has its own card, rules and customers. The subscription, teams and stats stay together on one dashboard, and you see which customers visit several of your locations.

Several brands, several customer bases

A group that brings together a pizzeria, a brasserie and a wine bar doesn’t speak to the same customer. A shared card would dilute brands that were built separately, and impose the same reward on very different average spends.

That’s what Quardy Business’s third operating mode is for: separate programs, card per location.

  • Each restaurant has its own card, in its own name and colors.
  • Each one chooses its loyalty type and rewards.
  • Customers and balances don’t get mixed.

Email reportsPer restaurantA single report for management

You don’t need several accounts or several invoices. Your managers receive a single report covering all the programs.

See the customers you share

Separating programs doesn’t mean losing the big picture. Some of your customers already visit several of your locations: the dashboard measures their share and shows the most closely linked restaurants.

You then know where to offer a cross-promotion, without merging your programs.

Organize the teams

Each team scans in the Quardy app and stays within its own restaurant. Each dashboard user has a role and a scope, from the operations director who sees everything to the manager limited to one brand.

A team member only sees what they need to scan. The log records sensitive actions, with who did them.

Write to one brand’s customers

Each campaign targets one restaurant, several or all. In a group send, each customer receives the message from the brand whose card they hold. You then see how many customers came back after 1, 3 and 7 days.

Shared or separate programs?

The question to ask is simple: does the customer perceive a single group, or several brands? If all your restaurants carry the same name, see our restaurant chain guide instead. The details of both options are in our comparison shared or separate loyalty programs.

Frequently asked questions

Does a customer need a card for each restaurant?

Yes, with separate programs: each brand has its own card and balance. If you'd rather have one card valid at all your restaurants, choose a shared program.

Can I see customers who visit several of my restaurants?

Yes. Even with separate programs, the dashboard shows the customers you share and the most closely linked pairs of restaurants.

Can the rules differ in each restaurant?

Yes. Stamps at the pizzeria, cashback at the brasserie: each program has its own loyalty type, rewards and design.

Is there one invoice per restaurant?

No. A single subscription covers all the group's active restaurants, at €15 per location per month, from 4.

Can we switch to a shared program later?

No. The choice between a shared program and separate programs is made when the organization is created, and it's final.

Can a manager be limited to a single brand?

Yes. Each dashboard user has a scope: a manager limited to one program sees neither the customers nor the numbers of the others.
