Loyalty program for a restaurant chain

For a chain, keep a single card and a shared program: customers earn at all your restaurants and find the same brand everywhere. Each team scans with the Quardy app, each manager sees their own scope, and head office tracks the whole network from one dashboard.

One brand, one card

A chain’s customer sees no difference between two locations: they go to your brand. Their card should work the same way, whether they have lunch near the office or dinner near home.

This is the first of the three Quardy Business operating modes: shared program, single card. Customers earn at every location, and the reward can be claimed at the restaurant of their choice.

Roll out restaurant by restaurant

A chain rarely goes live everywhere on the same day. Quardy follows that pace:

  1. Create the organization on the dashboard, with the program and the card.
  2. Prepare the restaurants in advance: nothing is public, nothing is billed.
  3. Activate at least 4: the 30-day trial starts and their QR codes go live.
  4. Add the others when they’re ready. The bill is adjusted pro rata.

The log records every sensitive action, with who did it and which restaurant. Program rules, on the other hand, can only be changed from the dashboard.

Compare restaurants without a spreadsheet

The dashboard gives you one line per restaurant: status, customers, visits. You then see the detail per location or for the whole network: new customers, amounts, peak days and hours, visits per team member.

Everyone gets their report by email, daily, weekly or monthly. A regional director can follow their locations without opening the dashboard.

Campaigns: from head office or from the restaurant

Head office writes to everyone who holds the card, or to those of certain restaurants. If you allow it, a manager writes to their own restaurant’s customers, one send per week.

After each send, you see how many customers came back after 1, 3 and 7 days, compared with their usual visits.

What about a franchised chain?

A shared program assumes the customer belongs to the brand. If each franchisee must keep their own customers, rules and balances, switch to separate programs, with a card per location. This choice is final, so read our comparison shared or separate loyalty programs before creating your organization.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Quardy Business cost for a chain?

€15 per active restaurant per month, from 4 restaurants.

Do we need to connect Quardy to our registers?

No. Quardy works without any register software. The team scans the customer's card with the free Quardy app on a phone.

Can a restaurant manager see the other restaurants' numbers?

No, if you limit them to their own. Each dashboard user has a role and a scope: all restaurants or only some.

Our restaurants are franchised, does the operating mode change?

If each franchisee needs to keep their own customers, choose separate programs. Customers will no longer earn from one location to the next: that's the price of the separation.

Can we bring over our customer list?

Yes. Once the program is live, import your CSV file, with each customer's balance, from the Customers tab of your dashboard: for the whole chain with a shared program, restaurant by restaurant with separate programs.

Do the addresses appear on the card?

Yes. The pass shows up to 10 addresses, and the card can pop up on the customer's phone when they're near a restaurant.
